U19 Tryout Conditioning Sessions
GCRA is pleased to offer Tryout Conditioning sessions for players who are registered with GCRA in U19 (DOB 2005, 2006, and 2007) for the 2023/2024 season. Dave Mainwood will be the lead instructor to prepare the athletes for their upcoming tryouts.
Once registration is open, please log into RAMP to complete the registration on a first come first serve basis. There will be a maximum of 20 skaters, and current GCRA goalies are welcome to participate for FREE.
**Registration is open on Saturday April 29th at 12pm Noon**
