GCRA Plays in the NCRRL.  **Mouth guards are mandatory for all levels of play within the NCRRL**
Refer to Ontario Ringette Association (ORA) for all required equipment.  

Additional details:

All Players Old and New – Need Ringette Pants or Hockey Pants

Long pants are not compulsory to new players, but many of the more experienced players want them.

Ringette Stick

Available at all new and used sports stores.  Prices vary with quality.  Cut to proper length a ringette stick will fit under the armpit of the player while they are standing in their skates.  (Check twice before you cut)
