GCRA is offering Pre-Season Camps in August! Register quickly to guarantee your spot!

GCRA is pleased to announce that we will be offering  2 weeks of camp programming in August 2021!

Program Highlights:

1. Half days only
2. One price fits all ($265)
3. All programming at Barrett arena (Leitrim)

• The GCRA Pre-Season Camps are opening up a half-day program for Regional U12, U14, U16 and U19 players.
• These players will be grouped on the same ice-time but drills and games will be structured to keep similar aged and skilled players together. 
•  
• The Regional group will run during the week of August 9-13th from 8:30 am -11:30 am.
   

Rec Camp max participants: 25 

• For athletes playing U8, U9 and U10 this coming season.
• 80 minutes of on-ice training (skating skills, ring skills, drills, scrimmages/games)
• 90 minutes of off-ice activities (GLOs, goal-setting, team building activities)

U12 (all levels) and U14 Competitive Camp max participants: 25 per ice time (2 goalies)

• For athletes playing U12 or U14 (competitive) this coming season.
• 80 minutes of on-ice training (skating skills, ring skills, drills, scrimmages/games)
• 90 minutes of off-ice training (fitness, cross-sport training, mental fitness, goal-setting)

U16/19 Pre-Season Training max participants: 25 per ice time (2-4 goalies)
For athletes playing U16 or U19 competitive this coming season.

• 80 minutes of on-ice training (skating/ ring drills, scrimmages)
• 60 minutes of off-ice conditioning (fitness, cross-sport training)
