Common Registration Problems
The Access ID that was sent to me after my 1st registration is not being recognized.
There was a defect within the last few months which caused some Access ID's to be created/ replaced with an {. When GoalLine resolved the defect they attempted to reinstate the original Access ID's but were not successful in all cases and needed to create new ones Please retrieve your new ID by clicking retrieve your access code which is visible beside Access ID. I am presented with UserName and Password -what are they? Nothing I try works!

Please note that if you previously registered on this site and Parent 1 made themselves the account holder, then this parent must log in using their personal credentials - First and Last name, Date of Birth, and the Parent 1 Access ID that would have been emailed to you following your last registration. If you cannot recall what this access ID is, you may retrieve it by following the instructions on the parent login page.
After Logging in, I am unable to see any registration forms
If you have successfully logged in but cannot register, this is either because
- you have not logged in using the account holder credentials but rather your child's credentials. As your player is not an account holder they do not have permissions to update your account.
- If you are sure you are an account holder and have properly logged in but still do not have the ability to perform any edits, payments or registrations, there is an issue with your account - Kindly contact one of the contacts listed above and ask to have your account 'resaved' (these issues were caused by an issue early on with our registration and eventually this will be a mute point).
I am using my own Account holder credentials, but I receive an error stating I cannot be found in this GoalLine database (site)
If you receive this error then the name or DOB that you provided the last time you registered is not the same as what you are now trying to enter. Please contact the VP_Operations@gcra-ringette.ca.
Alternatively, you may not have registered at all on this new website which was implemented only in February 2016. If you are a returning GCRA player but have not used the new website, then you are a 'new player' and must register using the applicable links (webpages).
